宮本大輔は辻森商会の3代目店主であり、100BIKES KYOTOの代表でもある。 明治末期の創業以来、辻森商会が大切にしてきた価値観を守りながら、これからの時代に合った自転車店を作りたいと家業を継いだ。 宮本さんは現在、次の100年に向けて京都を盛り上げるべく様々なプロジェクトに取り組んでおり、100BIKES KYOTOもそのひとつだ。 Miyamoto Daisuke is the 3rd generation owner of Tsujimori Shokai and the president of 100BIKES KYOTO. He took over the family business with the intention of creating a bicycle store that is suited to the time ahead while keeping the core values that have guided Tsujimori Shokai since its foundation in the late Meiji period (1868-1912). Miyamoto san is currently working on various projects to make Kyoto an exciting place for the next 100 years, and 100BIKES KYOTO is one of those.

京都を自転車で走ることに勝るものはない！ 12月14日9時、京都で最も古い自転車店、辻森商会100BIKES KYOTOの看板前に集合しましょう。 目印の看板は、古い自転車で、明治末期に創業者が屋根に掲げていたものから1940年代に代わりました。 3代目店主の宮本大輔が、店の魅力的な歴史、地域とのつながり、周辺地域の数十年にわたる変化について語ります。 Nothing can beat riding around Kyoto by bicycle! On December 14th at 9:00 am, we will meet in front of the signboard of Tsujimori Shokai 100BIKES KYOTO, the oldest bike shop in Kyoto. The signboard is a bicycle that has been standing on the facade of the shop since the late 40’s, replacing the one that was first displayed on the roof by the founder at the end of the Meiji period (1868-1912). Miyamoto Daisuke, the 3rd generation owner, will talk about the shop’s fascinating history, its connection to the community, and how the surrounding area has changed over the decades.
